Mio had always dreamed of flying.
But every time someone said, “That’s impossible,” her heart grew smaller.
One night, a unicorn appeared by her bedroom window.
Its back carried wings that shimmered like a rainbow.
“Instead of looking for reasons to give up,
why not search for ways to make it real?”
The unicorn’s voice lifted her heart.
She climbed onto its back, and they soared into the night sky.
As the city lights faded below, Mio laughed.
“I’m really flying…”

彼女はユニコーンの背に乗り、夜空へと羽ばたいた。
街の灯りが小さくなっていく中で、ミオは笑っていた。
「わたし、ほんとうに飛べたんだ──」
